MM&I; Construction and Design, Inc., established in 2001 on the foundation of bringing Universal Design(UD) to the forefront of residential construction in Tennessee. The late Ron Mace coined the term Universal Design and defined this concept as the design of products and environments to be usable by all people, to the greatest extent possible, without the need for adaptation or specialized design. MM&I; strives to meet the needs of accessible housing in Nashville TN and surrounding counties by providing UD homes that maximizes an individual’s independence, safety, and choice.MM&I; Construction and Design, Inc. operate as an authorized dealer of Insulspan™ structural insulated panels. The company will facilitate customers to find services necessary to efficiently, safely and cost-effectively enjoy the benefits of structural insulated panel systems. MM&I; will assist in the Ready To Assemble (RTA) system by guiding customers through process from blueprints to shop drawings to delivery and into installation of the system.
