As the only bankruptcy lawyer in Rhode Island who is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional, I've helped thousands get a fresh start through debt settlements, payment plan negotiations, and Chapter 7 bankruptcy representation. I take the time to understand your financial hardship before proposing a solution and I only begin representation once I believe the client's case will be successful. While I offer in-home appointments to clients throughout Rhode Island and SE Massachusetts, my Providence office on Westminster Street, with free parking, is also a convenient option. My goal for each client is to remove the stress of crippling debt and to help restore a solid FICO score credit rating.
