About

Allies in Change is a non-profit adult psychological services center and social activist organization. We offer individual, couples, and group counseling for men and women. We help people who are dealing with depression, stress, anxiety; those who want to build better connections with others, such as romantic partners, family members, and friends; and people who want to understand and effect change in their lives.The focus of individual and couples counseling at Allies is on: Effectively managing personal challenges, Build and improving interpersonal relationships, and Increasing sense of serenity and centeredness in what can be a chaotic world.Our therapy groups are designed to help people have more successful relationships. These groups offer a blend of education and an examination of members’ real-life situations, and topics focus on: Communication Skills, Troubleshooting real-life situations, On-going support and encouragement, and Managing Emotions.We currently offer locations in Portland, Beaverton, and Oregon City.For more detailed information, please visit our website at www.AlliesinChange.org.
