305 Yoga and Outreach

About

305 Yoga & Outreach is a yoga school based in the lineage of Karma Yoga, or the yoga of service. As karma yoga practitioners, we believe that the science and practice of yoga are more than just systems of creating optimal health in the physical body and more than a way to a quiet and peaceful mind. We believe that these qualities are not our goal, but rather an indicator of our progress as we strive to enrich and empower humanity through conscious positive action. .The practice is expressed through the 305 Spiritual Gangsters, our community outreach program. Spiritual Gangsters have been serving Miami's at risk and in crisis communities since 2003. To date we have taught more than 275 free classes and have raised more than $100k for local and global humanitarian efforts.
