On a work or school ChatGPT, an admin adds this on the website. A personal account can add it only when that account allows it.

A dot uses the plugins already on this ChatGPT account. If Dots cannot see CKERS after you add it in ChatGPT, stop. There is no second address.

An older desktop app opens Allow by itself. Opening that link on its own does nothing useful.
